Services

Coaching is conducted over a minimum period of three months.  Each individual coaching session is 40 minutes long.  Group sessions are 90 minutes long.  Weekly sessions are recommended for the best results.

Individual or group coaching can be done in person or over the phone.

Business coaching can be done in any of the following manners:

• individually, in person on site
• in groups on site
• through a combination of on site and telephone meetings

Consulting is typically done in person, on site. 

Coaching and Consulting services can be combined to suit your needs.
