Confidentiality

The privacy and confidentiality of my clients is very improtant!  Alternate Insights will not disclose information about clients without their permission. 

For clients with multiple people being coached, the Coach will report to the client only general information regarding the person being coached.  This information is limited to whether the person being coached is properly utilizing the coaching services, has established clear and attainable goals, and is working towards those goals in a reasonble manner.

As the coach/consultant at Alternate Insights, I abide by the Ethical Principles and Code of Ethics as documented on the International Association of Coaches website at http://www.certifiedcoach.org/ethics.html
